At Paws On Central, we stand behind the quality of our curated collections. We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, our 90-day return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as a fresh grooming appointment.


Returns & Exchanges

Standard Items: Unused and unopened hard goods (toys, leashes, bowls, etc.) in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or a record of the purchase in our customer loyalty system is required for all returns.

Pet Apparel: To ensure the health and safety of all our furry clients, apparel must be free of pet hair, odors, and signs of wear to be eligible for return.

 

Specialty Categories

Wellness & Apothecary: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplements, topicals, and CBD products cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with a wellness product, please speak with a manager regarding a potential store credit.

The Bakery & Fresh Food: Our custom treats and fresh food items are perishable. While these are generally non-returnable, if there is a quality issue with a bakery item, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

 

 

Used Items: Items that show significant wear or damage from use (other than manufacturer defects) may not be eligible for a full refund but may be considered for a partial store credit at management’s discretion.

 

How to Process Your Return

 

In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to our Central Phoenix location. Our team will process your refund immediately to your original form of payment.

Damaged Goods: If you discover a manufacturer defect within the 90-day window, we will offer a direct replacement or a full refund, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

 

 

Note: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit card signatures to appear on your statement.
